The Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at Utah State University is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor Position in Mild/Moderate Disabilities. This is a tenure track position that involves teaching, research and service. As described on the attached announcement, we are interested in a dynamic individual that has the potential to be a productive scholar and researcher. In particular, we are interested in recruiting applicants from underrepresented groups or those with disabilities. Our Department includes 10 collaborative doctoral level faculty who provide preparation for special education teachers at the undergraduate level and graduate preparation at the masters and doctoral levels. The department is known for it’s innovative personnel preparation programs and has an established reputation for research with individuals with disabilities.
